Realtor announces to appoint 1,000 employees in fourth quarter

According to reports, a local real estate agent announced that it is all set to appoint 1,000 new workers in the fourth quarter of 2010 among optimism about the local property market.

Sinyi Realty told media that it has also aimed to raise the number of its branches to 400 in the next year from 300 at present, by adding new outlets in central as well as southern Taiwan.

While talking to media, Company Vice-President Hsin Hung-chun said, “The Company has launched an ‘elite program’ that offers a minimum of NT$2 million over two years of employment, adding that the recruitment program has attracted many salespeople under 30 years old.”

The company’s vice-president announced that these 20-somethings presently makes around 56 percent of the firm’s total workforce and lower the average age of Sinyi Realty’s workers.

According to him, the firm offers funding as well as locations for the heads of the new branches, whilst also recruiting for them.

Further talking to media, he said that the offices working under the incentive program have made satisfactory profit, including that in the period of January to August of this year, transactions in central Taiwan’s Taichung alone amounted NT$1.38 billion (US$43.65 million).
